The Worship & Creative Ministry of Parkview Baptist Church is for people of all ages and musical experiences. As a church, our goal is to love God, to love our fellow Christians, and to love the world. The Worship & Creative Arts Ministry plays an important role in helping the church accomplish its mission.
Worship Arts for Kids provides instruction for preschoolers & children ages 3 years old through 6th grade. The children are taught how to worship God through creative arts such as music, drama and movement. WAK meets on Sunday evening at 5:00 p.m. in craft rooms C & D and in the preschool hallway.
The SANCTUARY CHOIR is one of the most visible ministries of Parkview Baptist Church. They lead in worship each Sunday and present seasonal worship events. Sanctuary Choir meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:15 – 8:30 p.m. in the choir room. For membership inquiry, please contact John Parker at jparker@pbcbr.org or call 225-293-2820
The PBC Orchestra leads in worship each week and in special programs throughout the year. They rehearse on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. Participation by audition only. Contact John Parker at Jparker@pbcbr.org or call 225-293-2820.
PBC FINE ARTS ACADEMY provides superior creative arts instruction for students of all ages as students receive lessons each week in areas such as piano, voice, guitar, drama, etc.
The PBC Fine Arts Academy exists to:
*Provide excellent training in the fine arts.
*Assist in meeting student’s spiritual needs.
*Develop future church music leaders.
*Act as an outreach platform for Parkview Baptist Church
It is our desire to provide the best in fine arts instruction. We are dedicated to creating an atmosphere where students can learn creative arts, grow spiritually, and use their talents to glorify our Creator.

Private study is offered in piano, voice, guitar and drama. The lessons are offered on a weekly basis in 30 minute blocks or group lessons. Those interested in enrolling should contact the director about availability of lesson times by calling 225-293-2820, or by emailing Audra Parker at aparker@pbcbr.org.
